This intermediate alignment-based hatha class is a refined practice that focuses on proper alignment and biomechanics of the body at a quicker pace. Join Matt Dolezal for a progressive approach to asana will work through a variety of traditional poses skillfully sequenced towards a challenging peak posture with both effort and grace. The aim of this educational class is to tap into the recursive learning process of modern postural yoga, breaking down key components with precision and awareness, while moving with the wisdom of the breath to receive the maximum benefits from a consistent asana practice.
