Start your week off right with an alignment-based intentional vinyasa with Stacey Swerer. This slow flow class will focus on proper alignment and biomechanics to move through a layer of postures that are skillfully sequenced and have you working towards a peak pose with safety and integrity. Tips and techniques will be offered to refine your personal practice through the shapes and forms of traditional yoga postures. Breath work and/or meditation may be included.
