Join us for this NEW slow flow class that aims to slow the pace of practice down and offer more mindfulness in movement connected to the breath. This is an invitation to fully feel the poses, access their unique energetic qualities and give yourself time in each pose without rush. Skillfully sequencing the postures to cultivate a settled contentment without over working or rushing to the next position. We will take our time and bask in the radiance of practice as we make our way to a longer savasana. This intentionally graceful practice will reduce stress, relax the body and calm the mind to reach deep inside with more presence and awareness. Breath work and Meditation will often times be part of this class!
