Calm & Centered: All-Levels
The focus of this class is based on slower movements and gentle stretching to increase mobility, calm the nervous system and relieve stress. This will primarily be a floor practice using a variety of props to support the body during slightly longer held poses. Props may include a block, a blanket, a long strap and rad roller or two tennis balls tied in a sock. Aiming for an enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing experience.
